Love this service. The desktop client makes it even better

We’ve been using Quip in our small business since early after it was available to the public. We have found it to be a critically important tool that lets us collaborate on documents between staff and volunteers across our state. This new desktop client makes Quip even easier to use on a computer, and brings the desktop experience to the same level of quality that you have with the mobile experience.

We’ve found it to have all the benefits of Google Wave with little or no confusion about how to actually use it - which wasn’t the case with Wave. As we introduce this to volunteers, they very quickly understand how to use it and are quickly contributing to the process of document creation. Simple to setup, simple to use, and reasonably priced. Who need’s Slack when you can use Quip?
